We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal
candidate has strong visual storytelling skills, understands branding, and can translate ideas
into compelling designs across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop and design marketing materials such as social media graphics,
presentations, infographics, and web assets.
● Create visuals consistent with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
● Design and edit short-form video content, especially Instagram Reels and
TikTok-style videos, to enhance brand presence.
● Collaborate with the marketing team, copywriters, and developers to bring campaigns to
life.
● Revise designs based on feedback and deliver within deadlines.
● Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies, including the use of
AI-powered design tools to enhance creativity and efficiency.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or a related field (or equivalent work
experience).
● 1.5 years work experience; preferably in a marketing agency.
● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere
Pro/After Effects), Figma/Canva.
● Experience in creating engaging reels/short-form video content for platforms like
Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
● Familiarity with AI design tools (e.g., MidJourney, DALL·E, Runway, Adobe Firefly, or
similar) to support ideation and creative production.
● Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and motion design principles.
● Portfolio showcasing creativity, attention to detail, versatility, and strong reel/video
samples.
● Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
