-All Investors must have a substantial and preexisting relationship with Fund Manager, Cherif Medawar.
-MIGSIF and any of its subsidiaries and related entities may use leverage with various banks and funders and others including seller carry backs and local lenders who would have a first lien position. The choice of lenders is solely based on Cherif’s decision for each particular location, investment strategy and terms offered for the MIGSIF acquisition.
-Investors’ capital is invested only in real estate in all cash purchases or in the down payment, rehab and long term holding strategies for the acquisitions.
– Cherif is the sole decision maker for the choice of properties and rehab as well as resale or holding strategy and potential JV agreements with subsidiaries as needed.
-MIGSIF, through Cherif’s alliance of expert professionals focused on California properties for the first few years to buy, rehab and resell at a profit, and in 2016, moved most of the capital to invest in Old San Juan Puerto Rico, due to the steady cash flow nature of the area. The fund is currently investing in luxury residential properties in CA, residential developments in FL, and single tenant retail, multi-use, hotels and long term/short term rentals in PR.
