-All Investors must have a substantial and preexisting relationship with Hedge Fund Manager Cherif Medawar.

-MIGSIF and any of its subsidiaries and related entities may use leverage with various banks and funders such as North California Bank, Stonecrest, Trust Deed Investments and others including seller carry backs and local lenders who would have a first lien position.
