MEET CHERIF MEDAWAR
After 25+ years of successful real estate investing, Cherif started his first real Estate Fund in California in 2009, www.MIGSIF.com. His focus was on high-end residential properties in the Bay Area. After over 6 years of success, he registered a new fund in the name of www.SFIFund.com. This time the focus is on distressed commercial real estate opportunities from retail to hotels nationwide. These projects are also managed by Cherif mainly with his private fund MIGSIF and its subsidiaries and/or related entities.
Assets are acquired through relationships with sellers, bankers, asset managers, and brokers. The properties get repositioned through rehabbing or adding value and then are either sold or held for cash flow.
Between Cherif’s personal portfolio and his two real estate Funds’ holdings, Cherif manages millions of dollars in capital and assets.
Cherif has also founded and continues to operate a training and investment company, www.CMREI.com.
The main 3 areas of focus are:
